  1. Why should I create a login?

Answer:  When a login is created your information is stored.  This allows your information to automatically appear when you log in at a later date.


  1. Who do I contact when I am having technical problems?

Answer:  Send email to technicalsupport@wyjen.com You will receive a response within 24 hours.

 

  1. Can I call in my order?

Answer:  Yes, call 1-800-490-4165 M-F, 9:00 am - 4 pm and your order will be taken over the phone.

 

  1. What is the return policy? 

Answer:  You must return the merchandise with 30 days of receiving it.  You must call us to request a return number and then return the item. The customer will be responsible for costs associated with returning the item.

 

  1. Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Answer:  Yes, you will receive an email when your order is placed.

 

  1. What are your hours?

Answer:  Phone services is from 9:00AM  - 4:00PM Central Time Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays.

 

  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Answer:  If an order is received by 12PM, it will be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day.

 

  1. Is your online store secure?

Answer:  Yes, when you enter checkout, the online store is secured with 128 bit encryption technology.  You can verify that that the current session is secure by observing the lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser (Internet Explorer).
