Terms & Conditions
This is a contract between you and WyJen, a private company incorporated in the USA(“WyJen Technologies”). By visiting WyJen (“Website”), you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
By using the WyJen Website, you represent and warrant that you are:
- a.) at least 18 years old and have full capacity to contract under applicable law;
- b.) only transacting on WyJen Website with legally-obtained funds that belong to you;
- c.) not furthering, performing, undertaking, engaging in, aiding, or abetting any unlawful activity through your relationship with us or through your use of WyJen Website;
- d.) comporting with and obeying all applicable laws.
By accessing the WyJen Website, you agree to be bound by our Terms, all applicable laws, and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with—and that you are compliant with—applicable law. If you do not agree with any of our Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Website; your only recourse is to stop using the Website. Any use of the Website is your deemed acceptance of our Terms as they may be modified and amended from time to time. The materials contained in the Website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws and treaties. You should check back often in case our Terms undergo changes.
In no event shall the Wyjen Store or its affiliates be liable or responsible for any damages, claims, applications, losses, injuries, delays, accidents, costs, business interruption costs, or other expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees or the costs of any claim or suit), nor for any incidental, direct, indirect, general, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, loss of goodwill or business profits, loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets, work stoppage, data loss, computer failure or malfunction, or any other commercial or other losses directly or indirectly arising out of or related to: our Terms; the Privacy and Transparency Statement; any service of Wyjen Store; the use of Wyjen Store; any use of your digital assets or cryptocurrency on WyJen Store by any other party not authorized by you (collectively, all of the foregoing items shall be referred to herein as “Losses”). The Wyjen Store is hereby released by you from liability for any and all Losses. We disclaim any and all warranties or guarantees, including any warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability or Losses are based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or any other basis, even if WyJen Store has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.
3. WyJen Services & Fees
Our service doesn’t require any personal information, except your name and the shipping address where the product has to be delivered. We take the equivalent amount of your order value plus our service fee in cryptocurrency, and our automatic order processing technology purchases your order on your behalf and ships it to your provided address.
We charge between 7% and 12% of the order subtotal per order based on the currency you process your order. Customer service fee is calculated using a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the order subtotal, size of your order, cryptocurrency which customer payment is received. Some cryptocurrencies have high transfer fees, or some like Monero requires us to make two transfers to reach the exchange wallet, otherwise, we can’t change it into FIAT.
4. Service limitations
- We remind our customers to double check shipping fee, and the final cost of the item to match the total value on our site, this will help not to delay the processing of your order. Otherwise, in the case of an underpayment, further communication will be required and will delay the processing of your order. In the case of an overpayment, we reserve the right to keep the amount overpaid.
5. Our Returns and Refund Policy
Cryptocurrencies are, by their nature, generally irreversible, and their exchange rates are highly volatile and transitory. If we receive the cryptocurrency amount equivalent to your order value in EUR or USD during business hours of Eastern European Time, we will immediately process your order and ship it to your provided address. All orders are only processed during business hours Eastern European Time. In the case when the customer places an order and sends cryptocurrency during non-business hours, only during next day's business hours our support team will review and process the order. Also due to volatile nature of cryptocurrency prices, we will review if the sufficient amount of cryptocurrency is received based on next day market prices, so if let's say a price drop occurred overnight, it will require you to send us the missing cryptocurrency amount to process your order or you could receive a refund according to current rates.
If for some reason you decide to cancel your order, or if the item received doesn’t fit the description - let’s say you received the wrong item, or the item received is broken/doesn't work - please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to work with you to refund your order. Please note that if the order is non-refundable, we won't be able to help you.
Before placing an order, please make sure to review the order. Depending on the reason for return, shipping cost of returned orders may be your responsibility.
Please note that the service fee is not refunded. Also, if you decide to cancel your order before it gets processed, the refunded cryptocurrency amount will be the same cryptocurrency amount we received from you. For example, if you send us 1 BTC and cancel the order - we will send back to you 1 BTC minus our service fee. Cryptocurrency market price won't affect the amount you receive back. You still would receive your original sent cryptocurrency amount minus our service fee. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been processed, you would receive a refund according to current cryptocurrency market rates.
6. Return Exceptions
Certain items can not be returned if they are opened. Digital goods like music, software, and video games are non-refundable in most cases. Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for a return as well.
Wyjen may revise our Terms at any time and without notice to you or third parties. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of our Terms. We reserve the right to make any changes retroactive.
8. Customer Privacy
All customer information is solely for the use of WyJen Technologies Inc. We guarantee that any information provided by you will not be distributed to any third party. WyJen does not knowingly gather information via cookies or any other method.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We are npot responsible for any typographical errors. We are not responsible for any damage caused by products improperly installed or any manufacturing defects or for any other reason.
